What is the maintenance method for hot melt adhesive machine?

When maintaining and repairing the hot melt adhesive machine, the following main safety precautions should be taken:

1.Before carrying out maintenance and repair work on the hot melt adhesive machine, the power supply on the hot melt adhesive machine and the main power supply connected to the outside must be cut off first, and live operation is not allowed.

2.When carrying out disassembly, maintenance, and repair work, it is best for workers not to wear earrings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, and other conductive decorations to prevent accidents from occurring.

3.Do not disassemble, inspect, or adjust any parts of the hot melt adhesive machine unless you have sufficient knowledge of the equipment performance.

4.Do not disassemble or repair the hot melt adhesive machine equipment alone unless there are other personnel assisting nearby and immediate assistance or first aid can be provided in the event of an accident, mechanical damage, or personal injury.

5.Only qualified personnel can carry out maintenance and repair work on the hot melt adhesive machine.

6.Under no circumstances should you touch wire connectors or other components that may be exposed to the outside world and have wire connections that are not loose. Before disassembling or moving the protective device on the hot melt adhesive machine or replacing the components, the power supply must be cut off first.

7.If possible, try to stand on a plastic blanket for maintenance and repair work. Never perform maintenance work on the hot melt adhesive machine in flooded floors or extremely humid environments.

8.When maintaining and repairing the hot melt adhesive machine, safety gloves, goggles, and long sleeved work clothes must be worn to avoid burns to body parts caused by high-temperature liquid hot melt adhesive or to the surface of high-temperature components.

9.When loosening or installing pressure joints, it must be confirmed that the pressure of the air source providing pressure to the hot melt adhesive machine has been reduced to zero.

10.When cleaning the hot melt adhesive tank, avoid using hard tools with fireworks or sharp edges to avoid scratching the PTFE non adhesive coating inside the tank.

11.If there is air pressure or glue leakage in the hot melt glue machine, do not continue to operate and use the hot melt glue machine. First, stop the hot melt glue machine, cut off the power, and reduce the operating pressure to zero before conducting maintenance.
